SPOT369 LLC uses the following third-party services to deliver LiThoughts. Each subprocessor processes customer data only as needed to provide the listed function, under a written agreement that includes data-protection obligations equivalent to those in our Data Processing Addendum.

We will provide at least 30 days advance notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor:
Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable, data-protection-related grounds by emailing [email protected] within the notice period. We will work with the objecting customer in good faith to address the concern, which may include offering a workaround or, where no workaround is feasible, allowing the customer to terminate the affected service component without penalty.
