1. Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- In-app: Navigate to Settings and select Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected]
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You continue to have full access to paid features until the billing period ends
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
- Your data (posts, settings, voice profile) is retained on the free plan
- No further charges after the current billing period
2. Refunds
Monthly Plans
Request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal.
Annual Plans
Request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase or renewal.
Renewal Charges
If charged for an unintended renewal, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Refund Exclusions
- Requests after the applicable refund window
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Partial-period usage (no prorated refunds)
- Third-party service disruptions (e.g., LinkedIn API changes)
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Processed through original payment method
- Processing takes 5-10 business days
- Email confirmation sent when processed
4. Plan Changes
Upgrades
Charged prorated difference, takes effect immediately.
Downgrades
Takes effect at end of current billing period. No partial refund for the difference.
5. Disputes
Contact [email protected] before initiating a bank dispute. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Changes to This Policy
Changes posted on this page with updated date. Significant changes to refund terms will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
